CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day changes, or failure to appear will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Discounts and promotions, including Groupons, are valid only for in-office services and may not be combined. Missed Groupon appointments without notice will be charged the full service value. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
