CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day changes, or failure to appear will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Discounts and promotions, including Groupons, are valid only for in-office services and may not be combined. Missed Groupon appointments without notice will be charged the full service value. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

I’m Raya Perry and I’m the owner and lead massage practitioner of Balanced Lotus located in Jenkintown, PA. I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years and a certified personal trainer for over 12 years. My love for helping others with their bodies and health motivated me to become a massage instructor at Cortiva Institute. I specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue, sports and myofascial release.
